Elite HomeCare is currently accepting applicants to provide one-on-one care to our clients in Central NJ and surrounding areas. Elite HomeCare provides training and support for our nurses 24/7. Work independently while being part of a great team. We are looking for nurses with pediatric, adult and patient assessment experience.

RN Responsibilities

Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring the patient's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services and teaching.
Develops and implements the nursing care plan.
Coordinates patient services.
Use the nursing procedure to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient's condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Documents the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions
Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs and establish priorities.
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.

RN Requirements

At least one year of RN experience
Must be dedicated
Must have an active RN license
Must have current CPR certification
Must have a recent physical and 2-step PPD
Preferred: Trach, G-tube, and ventilator training and experience

Prepares clinical and progress notes
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least one year of LPN experience
Pediatric and adult experience preferred
Must be dedicated
Must have an active LPN license
Must have current CPR certification
Must have a recent physical and 2-step PPD
